Strep throat is a common problem. It is caused by Group A streptococcus bacteria. This problem is frequently found in children and is highly infectious. It can quickly spread among family members. Apple Cider Vinegar
Gargling with a mixture of apple cider vinegar and lukewarm water can provide effective results within a short span of time. It is advisable to use raw organic apple cider vinegar for obtaining best results.
Intake of vitamin C can help in treating the infection. This natural remedy can also help in reducing the risk of rheumatic fever and rheumatoid arthritis which may result from the problem of strep throat. An individual can consult a doctor to determine the exact dosage of this vitamin.
Intake of zinc can provide relief from the infection and ease soreness. It can also help in boosting the immune system. An individual can take zinc lozenges for a period of 6 to 7 days to get the desired results.
