Snoring is a common problem. Any individual can snore. The problem of snoring is caused by factors such as blockage in the nasal passage, overeating, uncomfortable posture while sleeping, stress, smoking, allergy, consumption of alcohol, lack of physical workout and sleep apnea.
Unpleasant sound and open mouth are the two main symptoms of snoring. The problem of snoring can be cured with the use of various herbal remedies. Some of the most effective herbs to deal with snoring are covered below.
Eucalyptus Oil
A few drops of eucalyptus oil can be added to a glass of warm water and used for gargling on a frequent basis to obtain relief from snoring.
A mixture created with the use of eucalyptus oil, lavender oil and water can be directly sprayed in the mouth before sleeping to obtain the desired results.
Marjoram Oil
Marjoram is a perennial herb. This herb can be used in the treatment of snoring. Inhaling the aroma of marjoram oil several times in a day can reduce the problem of snoring.
