Mayonnaise

Mayonnaise can be used as a natural cure. You can directly apply mayonnaise on your hair and cover your head with a clean towel for a period of 3 to 4 hours. It is important to wash hair with the use of a shampoo to obtain relief.

Olive Oil

You can massage your head with olive oil and remove it after a duration of 2 to 3 hours. It is essential to cover your head with a shower cap after the application of olive oil. This natural remedy should be used 2 times in a week to get the desired results.

Petroleum Jelly

Petroleum jelly or vaseline can be applied on the head before going to bed at night. It should be removed in the morning with the use of dish soap after massaging the head with baby oil. Neem

You can use neem as a natural cure. Application of neem oil multiple times in a week may provide the desired results. You can also create a lotion by mixing neem seed extract with water and apply this lotion on the scalp to get the desired results. Boiled water containing neem leaves can be used to wash hair on a regular basis.

Lemon Juice

You can apply a solution created by mixing lemon juice and ground garlic clove to your hair before sleeping. You should cover your head with a shower cap. The odour of this solution will kill head lice. You can wash your hair in the morning to remove dead lice.
