An individual can also use different types of natural cures to deal with this problem.
Turmeric
Turmeric has been used traditionally to treat different types of ailments. It is frequently used to deal with the problem of inflammation by Chinese and Ayurvedic practitioners. Use of turmeric helps in reducing the production of chemicals resulting in inflammation.
An individual can add turmeric (1/4th teaspoon) in different food items. Turmeric can be sprinkled on eggs or added to soups. It is interesting to note that turmeric can provide relief from medical conditions such as uveitis and arthritis. External application of turmeric paste on the affected area can give effective results.
