Avoid eating cheese, raw eggs or fish, processed meats such as sausages and meat spreads since they may contain certain bacteria. This leads to disorders such as salmonella, toxoplasmosis and listeriosis. Also miscarriage can occur in extreme cases due to these illnesses.
