Recipe for Tibetan Cure


Garlic – 300 gr Lemon with the peel – 1 kg

Water – 1.5 L

How to prepare:

1. Finely chop the garlic and lemon in a blender.

2. Put water to the boil.

3. Add the water garlic and lemon.

4. Lower heat to maintain a steady simmer.

5. Cook for 15 minutes (no longer).

6. Remove from the heat and leave to cool.

7. It is a Tibetan cure, ready for use.

8. Keep in a covered glass jar.

How to use Tibetan cure:

Tibetan cure must be taken on an empty stomach, every morning, daily dose 0.5 ml, during 25 days.

Beyond that, make sure you take a break of 10 days and then repeat the procedure to improve health conditions.

After that, stop the use of Tibetan cure.

Note: Strictly observe a daily dose of the cure and a break of 10 days between the two treatments.
